Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00am – 5:00pm (training 8 hours/day)

What's a typical day as Welder – Holesaw Weld Operator? You'll be:

• Setting up and operating automatic blanking, heat treat forming, and robotic TIG welding equipment for holesaws.
• Inspecting saws for weld quality and ensuring high manufacturing standards.
• Setting up robotic and semi-automatic TIG welders, and adjusting machine settings as needed.
• Maintaining equipment cleanliness and promptly reporting malfunctions to the Foreman.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (required).
• Possess 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Are able to use charts and micrometers, demonstrate basic math skills, and show strong mechanical aptitude.
• Can lift between 5-25 pounds and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
