Plater / Computer Operator - Paper Products

5:00 PM-5:00 AM

Schedule Flexibility:
Flexibility to work day or night shifts preferred

We are seeking a dependable and computer-savvy Plater / Computer Operator to join our paper products manufacturing team in East Longmeadow, MA. This position combines hands‑on production work with computer‑based tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, pays close attention to detail, and has strong basic computer skills.

• Operate and monitor plating/coating equipment according to established procedures
• Set up and adjust equipment as needed during production
• Monitor product quality and ensure materials meet production specifications
• Enter and update production information using computer systems
• Record production quantities, materials, and other required information accurately
• Monitor computer screens and production data throughout the shift
• Perform basic troubleshooting and notify supervisors of equipment or quality issues
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed

• Strong basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Comfortable entering and reviewing data accurately
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or plating experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Flexible availability for either day or overnight shifts

• $20.00/hour
