** Associate Brand Manager**, who supports the execution and day-to-day management of our brand portfolio, helping ensure consistent, high-quality brand content is delivered across channels. The primary focus is supporting the equine portfolio, but this role will also support the pet portfolio as needed. This role partners closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to help bring brand plans to life, support agency execution, and maintain strong brand alignment and continuity.
This role also plays an important coordination role in content development—assisting in translating brand strategy into channel‑ready assets and helping ensure the effective use of internal and external creative resources.
** This role is based in the East Longmeadow office.**
Brand Management Support (Primary, Equine; Secondary, Pet)
- Support execution of brand plans, campaigns, promotions, and product launches in partnership with the Brand Manager.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day execution of brand activities to ensure timelines, deliverables, and priorities are met.
- Assist with agency coordination, including drafting creative briefs, managing timelines, reviewing assets, and consolidating feedback.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand expression across all channels and touchpoints.
- Help track and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and post‑campaign learnings to support ongoing optimization.
- Support brand strategy and innovation by gathering and synthesizing market insights, including consumer research, competitive analysis, category trends, and brand performance data.
- Manage the execution of brand sponsor ships by maintaining current agreements, implementing activation plans, and coordinating regular partner communications.
- Coordinate brand presence at consumer and trade shows, including logistics, materials, timelines, and on‑site execution support.
- Manage the equine content calendar in coordination with social, eCommerce, and sales teams.
- Draft, edit, and adapt marketing copy for product detail pages, enhanced content for eCommerce, social content, email campaigns, and retailer and distributor programs.
- Ensure all content and assets are optimized to meet platform, partner, and channel‑specific requirements.
- Coordinate content and asset development with external partners, including agencies, freelancers, photographers, and videographers and manage timelines, coordinate internal reviews, and consolidate feedback.
- Provide content and executional support for pet brands as needed, particularly for shared retailer, distributor, or co‑op initiatives.
- Collaborate with equine and pet brand teams to share templates, best practices, tools, and insights.
- Support sales team in the development and execution of co‑operative marketing plans and development of sales materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role (CPG or animal health experience a plus).
- Hands on experience supporting marketing campaigns, content development, or brand programs across multiple channels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
- Ability to write, edit or adapt marketing copies for various channels (e.g., digital, social, eCommerce or sales materials)
- Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams and working with external creative partners preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure work aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or content tool is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consolidate feedback and communicate effectively across teams.
- Passion for animals, equine, or animal health brands strongly preferred.
$60,600 - $70,400 (compensation based on candidate’s experience)
