Security Officer - Part-Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter, including parking areas and common spaces, to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Control access by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying authorization when required, and directing visitors, vendors, and contractors according to site procedures.;
Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports, and promptly report maintenance hazards and/or suspicious conditions through the proper channels.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate key details to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts as required.
