Security Guard Roving Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or public responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter zones, to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe for maintenance or security-related issues, and report findings through required channels.;
Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by following post orders, completing routine reports, and assisting with tenant and visitor inquiries in a professional manner.
