Full Time Direct Labor

The Machine Technician Level 3 will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment during non‑daytime hours. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex machine problems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using appropriate tools and techniques, and execute timely repairs.
• Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions that impact manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support operational transparency and compliance.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company policies to promote a safe and efficient work environment during 2nd and 3rd shifts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification or vocational training in industrial maintenance, mechanical technology, or a related field.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with CMMS and ability to input maintenance records.
• Experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, ability to follow safety protocols, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic welding or fabrication skills.
