Service Appointment & Mobile Service Coordinator
For over 100 years, Monaco Ford has been committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers. We're looking for a customer-focused professional to join our Service Department as our Service Appointment & Mobile Service Coordinator.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our service customers, helping schedule appointments, supporting our Mobile Service program, and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
- Greet customers and assist with service-related questions.
- Follow up on online appointment requests and customer voicemails.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and help maintain an accurate service schedule.
- Coordinate appointments and daily routes for our Mobile Service Technician.
- Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery scheduling.
- Help stock and organize the Mobile Service vehicle.
- Provide outstanding customer service while supporting the Service Department with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
