• Greet and assist customers at the front counter in a professional and friendly manner
• Accept and process incoming garments and dry cleaning orders accurately
• Tag, sort, and organize customer items for cleaning and processing
• Handle customer pickups, verify orders, and ensure accurate item return
• Process payments, operate a POS system, and handle cash transactions
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special garment care requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area

• Prior retail, customer service, or counter experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and processing payments
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Attention to detail when handling and tracking customer garments
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
