The Language Arts Consultant assesses school wide literacy instruction and student performance by using data to drive decision‑making and collaborating with school and district stakeholders. The consultant supports the implementation of high‑quality, research‑based literacy instruction aligned to the Science of Reading, provides coaching and professional development, coordinates assessment processes, and engages in leadership activities to improve student achievement. This position includes approximately 70% coaching and 30% intervention responsibilities.

• Required certification options:
