CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services, is seeking an experienced APRN Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in East Lyme, Connecticut, United States. As a PMHNP with CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing exceptional psychiatric mental health care and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

As an APRN PMHNP with CHE Behavioral, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive psychiatric mental health assessments and treatment plans for patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers
• Prescribing medication and ordering diagnostic tests as needed
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• APRN Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (Required)
• Master's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Current licensure as an APRN in the State of Connecticut (Required)
• Experience working in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting (Preferred)
