Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is expanding in 2026 and hiring experienced retail managers to lead our Retail Sales Teams in Connecticut, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia.

- Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
- Meet or exceed personal and team key performance indicators and volume goals each month.
- Coaching and development of team members to provide exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure assigned location operates under Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines.
- Execute all promotional rollouts, inventory procedures, and other duties assigned by leadership in a timely and accurate manner.
- Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and inspirational abilities.
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, products, and customer service.
- Ability to travel to various locations within assigned district as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the U.S.
