Part Time Branch Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
• Identify clients’ personal or business goals and recommend appropriate digital tools or banking solutions
• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, community-focused experience
• Balance efficient high-volume operations with personalized customer service
• Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50 mile radius
• Adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments and attend required training

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to attend all required training sessions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move/stand for extended periods
• Regular and consistent attendance
• Ability to support surrounding branches within a 50 mile radius
• Associate’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred
• Proficient in G-Suite preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills preferred
