Hospital Liaison needed for skilled nursing. Build hospital relationships, drive admissions and support community outreach.

Job Title: Hospital Liaison/Marketer
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building & Outreach

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers.

  • Educate referral sources about the services offered by The Grand Healthcare System, highlighting our commitment to excellence in patient care.

  • Represent our facility at community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to increase visibility and generate referrals.

Patient Admissions & Coordination

  • Coordinate patient admissions, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition from hospital to our facility.

  • Review medical records and patient histories to make informed decisions about patient care.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, addressing all needs.

Business Development & Marketing

  • Drive marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to expand our referral network.

  • Work with internal teams to enhance service offerings and improve patient outcomes.

  • Promote the facility’s services through presentations and by networking with referral sources.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Cover the Admissions Coordinator position as needed.

  • Travel to local healthcare facilities is required – this is not a desk job!

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

  • Self-driven and passionate about business development and building lasting relationships.

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare is preferred, with a knack for presentations and networking.

  • Ability to work independently while being a key part of a collaborative team.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to nearby facilities to build connections.
