Project Coordinator Residential​/Commercial Painting

Job Summary:

Detail-oriented and results-driven Painting Project Coordinator with 5 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will be overseeing residential / commercial projects from estimation to completion and needs to have a proven ability to manage crews, coordinate materials, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and deep knowledge of painting processes, surface preparation, and safety standards.

• Residential/ Commercial Project Management, planning and overseeing multiple projects from commencement to finish ranging from single-room projects to whole house / premises repaint.
• Coordination with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Utilize the work order process to manage timelines, budgets and resource allocations.
• Supervise & Schedule crews, vendors, sub-contractors and other resources for the jobs.
• Monitor progress of all projects and respective budgets and adjust plans to address any concerns delays, inefficiencies and any other problems.
• Socialize concerns, delays inefficiencies with the management team
• Maintain daily communication with homeowners to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Perform final walkthroughs and inspections to ensure client satisfaction.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently while keeping projects on schedule and budget.

• Experience as a Project Manager or Team Leader in the painting industry.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, Conflict resolutionand attention to detail.
