Fulton Commons Care Center, a respected skilled nursing facility in East Meadow, NY, is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our team. We are a well‑staffed facility that values teamwork, professionalism, and high‑quality resident care.
Shifts Available*- 7:00am–3:00pm
- 3:00pm–11:00pm
- 11:00pm–7:00am
* Must be available every other weekend
CNA Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
- Take and record vital signs
- Provide safe transfers and ambulation assistance
- Maintain a clean, respectful, and supportive environment
- Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
- Active NYS CNA Certification
- Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be available every other weekend
