We are hiring a Sales Producer for a phone-based, outbound dialer role focused on selling personal lines auto and home insurance
.
This is a structured sales position with clear expectations, defined processes, and measurable goals.
It is not a service role and not a free-form sales position.

What You’ll Do- Work outbound leads using an automated dialing system
- Quote and close auto and home insurance policies
- Follow a defined sales process and talk tracks
- Conduct consistent follow-up until a clear yes or no
- Track activity and outcomes in the CRM
- Meet daily and weekly activity and production goals
This role is about volume, consistency, and execution
.
- Design coverage strategies
- Handle complex service or retention issues
- Customize the sales process
- Freelance your own approach
Those functions are handled by senior team members so you can focus on selling.
What Success Looks Like- You’re comfortable being on the phone for most of the day
- You work leads quickly and consistently
- You follow the system without resistance
- You are measured by clear numbers, not opinions
- You close business and move on to the next opportunity
You’ll always know what’s expected and where you stand.
Experience & Skills Required- 2+ years of sales experience (insurance preferred but not required)
- Comfort with high-volume phone work
- Experience working toward measurable sales goals
- Coachable and process-oriented
- Professional communication skills
- Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior outbound or inside sales experience
- CRM experience
- In-office or hybrid (East Meadow, NY)
- Structured sales role with clear expectations
- Performance-based accountability
