What you need to succeed

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical certification preferred.

Hands-on experience as an HVAC technician or similar service role.

Solid command of HVAC systems, diagnostic tools, and safety standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to work solo in the field and collaborate well with a team.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Excellent communicator with a service-oriented approach.

EPA Type II certification required; EPA Universal preferred.
