Schedule & Role Details

Onsite - Moline, IL

7am - 3:30pm or 7:30am - 4:00pm (30-minute lunch)

Duration:
Currently approved for 2-year contract, possibility of extension

What You'll Do

As the Visitor Services Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating factory tours and visitor experiences while ensuring safety, professionalism, and seamless execution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Scheduling and confirming factory tours and special visits

- Greeting and orienting visitors while ensuring PPE and safety compliance

- Delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality visitor experiences

- Serving as the primary point of contact for visitor inquiries and issues

- Managing visitor databases, waivers, reporting, and related documentation

- Training and supporting tour guides; identifying and implementing process improvements

Requirements

What We're Looking For

- Associate degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred)

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or visitor services

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to change

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Power BI experience is a plus, but not required
