As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management
• Manage payroll processes, including compliance with federal and state regulations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct new hire orientation and ongoing training programs for employees
• Analyze and report on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and talent management
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction

• Proven experience in payroll management, including compliance with federal and state regulations
