Job Summary

The Assembly Line Worker is responsible for performing repetitive assembly tasks on a production line to manufacture products according to company standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and parts according to work instructions and production schedules
  • Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
  • Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
  • Meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • No prior manufacturing experience required (training provided)
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds (depending on role)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or assembly line processes
  • Experience using basic hand tools or production equipment
Work Environment &

Physical Requirements
  • Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and moving parts
  • Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion required
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
