** manufacturing/industrial production company** , is seeking a  
** Machine Operator
** to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the  
** Production Department
** supporting the  
** Assembly and Operations Teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** attention to detail** ,  
** strong problem-solving skills** , and  
** a teamwork-oriented mindset** , which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble and disassemble various types of foam fixtures

+ Operate foaming, undercoating, and bead blasting equipment

+ Operate manual lathes, CNC mills, Bridge ports

+ Must be able to utilize and read tape measures, caliper, micrometers

+ Must be able to read and understand blueprints and schematics

+ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

+ Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively

+ Stand, bend, and move materials or equipment between stations

+ Work in conditions involving heavy lifting and use of machinery

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

+ Capable of standing, bending, twisting, and kneeling for extended periods

+ Able to perform repetitive tasks for long hours

+ Commitment to working consistently and safely

+ Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or on a team

+ High attention to detail and quality standards

+ Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks

+ Team-oriented attitude

+ Ability to understand and complete departmental paperwork

+ Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines

+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
