Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Every weekend required

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in a dynamic ICU setting
• Monitor, assess, and intervene promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans
• Document patient progress and treatments accurately
• Support and educate patients' families with compassion and clarity
