Position: Contract - LPN - Long Term Care - Up to $1,500WK!

Contract Licensed Practical Nurse position in long‑term care. Provide night shift nursing care to residents in a 13‑week assignment in or near East Moline, Illinois. Earn competitive pay and benefits while delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents during night shifts, ensuring comfort and safety

Document assessments, medication administration, and care plans accurately in the EMR system

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and safety standards

Execute patient observations and report any changes or concerns promptly

Qualifications:

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Illinois
Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an LPN in a long‑term care or rehabilitation setting
CPR certification
Basic Life Support certification
Ability to work night shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina to work long shifts
Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
