Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) - East Moline, IL
Join our dynamic team at Allure of Moline, where we provide a level of personal caring that goes beyond providing post-hospital rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care. As a compassionate and dependable RN or LPN, you will provide direct nursing care and oversee the daily activities of Nursing Assistants.
Pay & Incentives- LPN: $33.99 - $35.02 hourly
- RN: $41.20 - $42.23 hourly
- Shift Differentials: 2nd shift ($0.75/HR), 3rd shift ($0.50/HR), and weekends ($1.00/HR)
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Full-Time, paid over 1 year) or $5,000 (Part-Time, paid over 1 year)
- Experience-Based Pay:
Based on Illinois licensure
- 3% 401(k) Match
