• Provide routine cleaning, sanitation, and general upkeep.
• Clean, dust furniture, sweep, mop, or vacuum floors.
• Empty/clean wastebaskets, trash containers, pick up recycled paper, replace light bulbs, and refill restroom dispensers.
• Perform cleaning activities such as removing snow and debris from sidewalks.
• Keep inventory of all cleaning supplies and inform the Office Manager.
• Prepare meeting rooms and set up for programs as directed.
• Clean glass doors and windows.
• Clean gym floor as needed.
• Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.
• Follow building sanitation procedures.
• Clean bathrooms daily.
• Vacuum chapel weekly or as needed. Dust furnishings weekly.
• Clean kitchen as needed and instructed.
• Move furniture, equipment, and tools as needed. Open all locked offices for cleaning, shut off coffee pots.
• Perform other related duties within the scope of the position.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Experience in or ability to learn general building maintenance.
• Flexibility and a cooperative spirit are crucial.
