Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Project Manager Associate – Energy Engineer. This is a permanent position based in Hoboken, NJ with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Compensation is competitively based on industry standard.
We are seeking an experienced Energy Engineer to help lead and grow an energy services practice serving the New York and New Jersey markets. This position combines technical leadership, project management, client interaction, mentoring, and strategic consulting related to building performance, decarbonization, and energy efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership while helping expand a growing team focused on energy audits, retro-commissioning, decarbonization planning, and sustainability consultin.
