UX Researcher

We are looking for an experienced UX researcher, preferably with experience in wealth management or capital markets, responsible for helping define and drive the future of our product. You will reveal what our users need from our products by carrying out user research, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and conducting usability studies. This role also includes inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

• Conduct user research using interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies to gather data about user behavior and preferences.
• Evaluate and review existing products to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze data collected from user research, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights.
• Communicate insights clearly and concisely to designers and other stakeholders, ensuring findings are actionable.
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and other team members to ensure research findings inform design and development decisions.
• Promote user‑centered design principles, ensuring research findings create positive and inclusive experiences for all users.

• Approximately 7–8 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis, preferably in the financial or capital markets domain.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and the importance of putting the user first.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present research findings to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers.

• Background Checks:
  Two background checks (Cognizant and Banking) may take 4–8 weeks to complete.
• Client Background Verification (BGV): A clear BGV, including a credit check and fingerprinting, is required before starting.
