Data Scientist - HR ACUITY LLC

Key Responsibilities

• Own the data lifecycle: ingest, clean, validate, and document employee relations data across multiple sources.
• Design and deploy predictive and descriptive models to uncover patterns in workplace issues and benchmark against industry peers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate analytical insights into intuitive dashboards and APIs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish data quality standards, governance, and documentation to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Mentor junior analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

• 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a strong focus on large-scale, production-grade solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling; experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch) and cloud services (AWS, S3, Redshift).
• Deep understanding of data engineering principles, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in the HR or employee-relations domain is a plus.
