The Sr Manager, NRM/RGM Systems and Capabilities leads the strategy, implementation, optimization and governance of Net Revenue Management (NRM) systems and capabilities for U.S. NRM.
Responsibilities- Act as the business owner for NRM systems and tools.
- Partner with business users to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into NRM tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support commercial objectives.
- Lead system enhancements, issue resolution, testing, and rollout of new capabilities.
- Ensure strong data quality, governance and user adoption across teams.
- Develop training materials, playbooks, and best practices for NRM processes and tools.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Digital teams to align priorities and drive business value.
- Monitor system performance, adoption, and process effectiveness.
- Vision & Strategy Leadership – Leads with a clear vision for the role of data, systems and analytics in elevating NRM decision making.
- Technical Execution – Leads implementation, enhancement and optimization of NRM systems and tools, translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Collaborates effectively with IT, data engineering, vendors and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, systems or digital product leadership roles, ideally within consumer packaged goods, retail or related industries.
- Experience with NRM/RGM, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Systems or related functions.
- Experience leading cross‑functional projects, system implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
- Familiarity with U.S. retail data sources such as Circana/Nielsen.
The position is based in Warren, NJ and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in‑office presence of 3 days per week.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $143,620 - $197,477 USD + bonus.
