Job Overview
The CRM Architect will develop and design requirements for the CRM system in consultation with multiple departments. The role involves gathering technical requirements, defining business requirements for a scalable CRM infrastructure, and providing technical and professional servicing of the CRM system. Additionally, the Applications Systems Analyst/Programming Manager 3 will develop enhancements and improvements to the New Jersey Medicinal Marijuana Program registry, produce complex Java modifications, and rewrite the application front-end using modern technologies such as Spring MVC, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, Oracle 12c, and client reporting to ensure responsiveness across devices.
The position also includes strengthening application security to meet evolving protocols.
- Develop and design requirements for the CRM system in consultation with multiple departments.
- Gather technical requirements and concepts for further development of the system.
- Define business requirements for a scalable CRM infrastructure.
- Provide technical and professional servicing of the CRM system.
- Develop enhancements and improvements to the New Jersey Medicinal Marijuana Program registry in accordance with Executive Order EO-6.
- Develop complex Java modifications to the system’s user interface, middleware framework, and Oracle Database to meet technology needs.
- Rebuild the application front-end with Spring MVC, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, Oracle 12c, and client reporting for multi-device responsiveness.
- Enhance application security and comply with evolving security protocols.
- Additional roles include:
Sales Force deployment, Tableau deployment, and API support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with C#, .NET, CRM SDK, BSS/OSS business processes, defining CRM architecture and integration points in a BSS environment, ETOM, and Frameworx.
- Full-time professional work experience in Information Technology.
At least 9 years of total work experience, with a minimum of one year in an administrative, managerial, or supervisory capacity.
Experience Substitutions- Accredited college training may substitute for up to four (4) years of the required work experience (excluding supervisory experience); requires at least fifteen (15) semester hours in Information Technology or a related area.
- Accredited graduate training may substitute for up to two (2) years of the required work experience (excluding supervisory experience).
- Information Technology certification program may substitute for up to two (2) years of the required work experience (proof of certification required).
- Two (2) years of experience as an Application Systems Analysis/Programming‑Supervisor may substitute for all required experience.
Per P.L.2009, c.307 & (A20/S20 - CRC), the New Jersey Compassionate Use of Medical Marijuana Act authorizes the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of a registry for qualifying patients and their primary caregivers, providing them with identification cards. The initial registry was developed between late 2010 and early 2011.
