Role Overview
Support manufacturing systems and desktop computing environment. Assist in implementing and maintaining technology solutions at the manufacturing shop‑floor level and provide desktop support.
What You Will DoImplement and maintain technology solutions, provide desktop support, track and trace technology, and ensure compliance with serialization standards and regulations.
Why It Might Be a FitMust have deep knowledge of global serialization standards, proficiency with serialization software, and experience with integrating serialization systems into enterprise systems.
Requirements- Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Working knowledge and experience with US DSCSA serialization requirements
- 24 months of experience in the position or in a related position
