Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced L4 AI/ML Platform Solutions Architect to join the Central AI Centre of Excellence (CoE), supporting a mission-critical private AI platform deployed for a defense sector client.
The platform is built on Red Hat Open Shift and Run.
AI, running on Dell infrastructure, with strict data residency requirements ensuring all data remains in France. Local teams in France will handle L1/L2 support and AI & ML Ops. This L4 role will operate from India in alignment with French business hours, providing specialized expert advisory, vendor management, release oversight, security vulnerability analysis, AI/ML workload optimization, and strategic technology roadmap guidance.
- Serve as the highest escalation point for complex AI/ML platform issues exceeding local team capabilities.
- Provide architectural guidance, deep‑dive troubleshooting, and strategic problem resolution during business hours.
- Act as the trusted advisor to the customers technical leadership for AI/ML platform architecture decisions.
- Monitor and analyze vendor security advisories from Red Hat, NVIDIA, Dell, Run.
AI, and Mistral.
AI. - Assess risk and impact.
- Recommend patches and coordinate with the France‑based local team for execution within SLA requirements.
- Track and evaluate vendor software releases for compatibility with the private AI stack.
- Conduct release readiness assessments.
- Create rollback and blue‑green deployment strategies.
- Document standardized release procedures.
- Maintain a global release calendar aligned with client business cycles and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive AI/ML knowledge repository.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, troubleshooting guides, and lessons learned.
- Ensure documentation quality and accessibility.
- Recommend optimal workload configurations and resource allocation strategies.
- Provide guidance on emerging AI/ML methodologies and best practices relevant to the private AI environment.
- Monitor and assess emerging AI technologies and vendors for potential integration.
- Identify innovation opportunities aligned to defense sector constraints and security requirements.
- Participate in quarterly AI CoE meetings.
- Contribute to roadmap development, industry trend analysis, and platform strategy.
- Design and deliver AI/ML platform training modules for local France teams.
- Conduct workshops and technical knowledge sessions covering Open Shift, Run.
