We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Specialist to help develop, maintain, and improve the organization's internal business systems. This role is primarily responsible for owning our Airtable environment, supporting users across departments, and building efficient workflows that streamline day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is someone early in their career who enjoys solving problems, organizing information, and learning new technologies. While Airtable will be the primary platform, you'll also gain exposure to workflow automation, system integrations, and business process improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
• Early-career professionals and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn software platforms
• Experience with spreadsheets and data
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
• Able to work onsite in East Orange, NJ five days per week

• Airtable or similar low-code platform
• Excel or Google Sheets
• Power Automate, Zapier, or Make
• Basic relational database concepts
• Process documentation
• Healthcare/nonprofit/IDD experience

• Own the Airtable environment
• Build and maintain Airtable solutions
• Partner with departments
• Improve workflows
• Collaborate on technology initiatives
