Registered Nurse – Homecare in Bergen County. VNA Health Group provides compassionate home health services and seeks experienced Registered Nurses to deliver high‑quality care.

What You’ll Do:

• Get the Best Training:
  Start with a two‑week clinical orientation to learn key procedures, EMR system, safety protocols, and compassionate care.
• Be the Expert:
  Assess patients with complex health needs, develop personalized care plans, and ensure the best outcomes.
• Make a Connection:
  Educate and guide patients and families through their healthcare journey – helping them understand their conditions and the path to better health.
• Collaborate for Success:
  Work closely with a team of VNA clinicians and external providers to ensure seamless care and optimal results for every patient.
• Document with
  
  Purpose:
  
  Record and track changes in patient conditions, updating care plans to reflect progress and needs.

What We’re Looking for in You:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• 1+ year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (bonus points if you have experience in homecare).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – guiding and educating patients and families.
• Proficient with technology – navigating EMR systems and using digital tools.
• A reliable car and a valid driver’s license – for traveling to patient homes.

• Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors while using clinical equipment.
• Comfortable using a phone, computer, and other digital tools to stay connected with team and patients.
• Direct client and customer contact; presence is invaluable.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $43.00 to USD $58.00. Compensation is determined based on scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions. For more details about benefits, visit our Careers page.
