This is a full-time position. No PT or PRN.

• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs, conducting patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Float to various clinics during and after training.
• Assist in clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives to meet CMS standards.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Three-year diploma from an accredited nursing program may be substituted for a degree.
• No dialysis experience required (training will be provided).
• Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med‑Surg) is helpful but not required.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is advantageous.
