Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)

The Clinic RN provides high-quality patient care in a clinic setting, working under close supervision with physicians or APP providers to ensure an efficient and safe clinic environment.

• Reviews clinical procedures, protocols, and practices to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provides direct patient care; conducts comprehensive assessments, administers medications and treatments, and monitors patients’ conditions to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality care delivery and professional development.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, facilitate communication, and promote continuity of care across different healthcare settings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Required:
  
  Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing)

• Required:
  
  Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state (BLS/CPR - American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider)
