Nurse Practitioner: Allergy - East Windsor

Job Summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group, a leader in dermatology practice with a growing presence in allergy, asthma, and immunology, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Allergy & Immunology Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of three years of experience. As we expand our services to include allergy and immunology, we are looking for a professional who has a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in this field and is passionate about dermatology and its intersection with allergies and immunology.

Full Time, 30+ hours. Monday-Friday to cover office hours. Open flexibility to help cover in a team environment is needed.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examination, and diagnostic evaluation.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic conditions.
• Administer and manage immunotherapy and other relevant treatments.
• Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including allergists, immunologists, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
• Adapt to the dynamic needs of the practice as we transition from a focus on dermatology to encompass allergy, asthma, and immunology.

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active state license.
• Masters Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in treating allergy patients.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
