Doctors Subacute Healthcare + Rehab in Passaic, NJ is seeking a weekend Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, resident-focused care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The LPN will provide direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and accurately document in the EMR. You will collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support individualized care plans, post-acute rehab, and long-term care needs.

This role is ideal for nurses passionate about dignity, clinical excellence, and building supportive relationships with residents and families.
