Responsibilities- Accountability for Emergency Department operations, staffing, and patient care.
- Responsible for clinical oversight, quality initiatives, resource management, and staff development.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership, physicians, and hospital administration.
- Provide weekend, holiday, and additional coverage as needed.
- Active RN license in New Jersey.
- BSN required (MSN preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of Emergency Department experience.
- Prior ED leadership/management experience required; 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- CEN certification preferred.
- IV Certification preferred.
- Strong experience with staffing, performance management, patient throughput, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
