-based manufacturer of precision temperature control systems, delivers high-performance solutions across industrial and advanced manufacturing environments. With global backing and continued growth, the business is focused on expanding its commercial presence and driving market share across key technical industries.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory, primarily in Texas, while supporting broader regional coverage. This role plays a key part in driving revenue through direct sales, distributor relationships, and technical engagement with customers across semiconductor, biotech, and industrial markets.

The Environment

This role operates within a technical, field-based sales environment, requiring close collaboration with customers, distributors, and internal technical teams. The Sales Manager will lead product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer engagement efforts.

The environment is performance-driven and customer-facing, requiring strong commercial execution, technical credibility, and the ability to manage a multi-state territory. Travel is a regular part of the role, including regional and occasional international trips.
