Own and grow the US revenue engine for ACI Infotech and ArqAI. CIO/CTO-level relationships, multi-million-dollar services deals, and a real pipeline to inherit.
The roleACI Infotech engineers data platforms, AI systems, and cloud architectures for Fortune 500 operations — production-grade, with SLAs and senior architects on every engagement. We are scaling our US revenue engine and need a Head of Enterprise Sales who can open doors at the CIO/CTO level and close multi-million-dollar technology services deals. This is a hunter role with teeth: strong base, aggressive commission, and a real pipeline to inherit.

Responsibilities- Own and grow the US enterprise sales pipeline across AI, cloud, data, and application services.
- Build and manage relationships with CIO, CTO, and VP-level stakeholders at enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles — prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close.
- Partner with pre-sales architects and practice leads to craft outcome-tied proposals.
- Define and execute territory strategy with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent ACI at industry events, executive briefings, and partner-ecosystem engagements.
- 10+ years in enterprise technology sales with consistent quota achievement of $5M+.
- Deep experience selling IT services, managed services, or consulting to large enterprises.
- Existing executive relationships in financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail.
- Ability to sell complex, multi-service engagements spanning AI, cloud, and data.
- Strong command of consultative and value-based selling methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar).
- Experience managing and growing a team of account executives is a plus.
