Job DescriptionAre you an experienced sales professional with a passion for solution-selling in finance and accounting outsourcing services? ARDEM is seeking a Sales Account Manager who excels at building new business in the finance and accounting sector and managing relationships for long-term growth. If you thrive on closing big deals and managing client success in financial services, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do- Prospect and Engage: Identify and target new business opportunities within the finance and accounting sector. Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a steady flow of new clients.
- Build Long-Term Partnerships: Manage and grow the relationships with the clients you bring in by understanding their unique finance and accounting needs and providing customized outsourcing solutions.
- Drive Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by negotiating contracts, securing long-term partnerships, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction in the finance and accounting space.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for your finance and accounting clients.
- Experience: You have 7+ years of proven success in selling service-related solutions in finance/accounting BPO sectors.
- Passion for Sales: You’re passionate about closing deals, thriving under pressure, and exceeding sales quotas.

You’re a confident communicator who can engage financial clients, lead discovery calls, and deliver presentations to C-level executives. - Track Record: You have experience managing full sales cycles, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Industry Expertise: Specific experience in Finance and Accounting Outsourcing services is required.
