Job Title: Overnight Unarmed Security Officer (Part-Time)

Location: East Orange, NJ

Schedule: Midnight - 6:00 AM | 5 Days Per Week

Iron Rock Security is seeking a reliable and professional Overnight Unarmed Security Officer for a hotel property in East Orange, NJ. This is a part‑time position with consistent overnight hours, five days per week.

Hotel security experience is a plus!

• Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property
• Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the building
• Maintain a visible presence to deter suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests and visitors

• Must possess a valid NJ SORA License (Required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous security experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to work overnight hours consistently
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
