C+C Apartment Management LLC in New Jersey seeks a versatile Handyperson to join our Maintenance team. You will perform routine upkeep, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related tasks using hand tools, under the direction of the General Manager or Property Manager.
This role requires the ability to work outside in all weather, lift up to 50lbs, operate power tools, and respond to on-call emergencies.
