Senior Java Backend Engineer- On-site

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with 8+ years of experience building scalable, cloud-native backend applications and microservices architectures.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, and CI/CD pipelines, along with experience designing secure, high-performance APIs in enterprise environments.

• Design and develop backend microservices and REST/event-driven APIs using Java 17+ and Spring Boot
• Build and maintain scalable cloud-native applications deployed on Kubernetes
• Implement caching strategies using Redis or Memcached to optimize system performance
• Develop asynchronous/event-driven architectures using Kafka
• Work with SQL and No

  SQL, MySQL, Mongo
  
  DB, or Cassandra
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and Dev Ops initiatives
• Ensure application scalability, resiliency, observability, and security best practices
• Partner with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the SDLC

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Expertise in Microservices Architecture
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems
