Cleaner (FT) – ISS Facility Services - North America

Hourly Wage: $22.00 per hour

Work Hours: May include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Janitors keep assigned areas, such as offices, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, or institutional buildings, in clean and orderly condition. The role requires teamwork, following instructions, and communicating basic tasks effectively.

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees

• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers professionally
• Fill in during staff shortages
• Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items

• Understand reporting systems and the environment

• No previous cleaning experience is required
• Understand that safety is a top priority and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills

• Vacuuming
• Edging
• Dusting
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms and break rooms
• Window cleaning
• Emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal area
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• May perform other duties as assigned
