Evolve Psychiatry in East Patchogue, NY is seeking a full-time psychiatrist to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients aged 5 and older in an in-person setting.
After year one, there may be an option for 1–2 remote days per week. Base pay ranges from $140,000 to $150,000 with quarterly bonuses, plus 15 days of PTO, 5 sick days, 401k with 4% match, and comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits.
