Customer Service Representative (CSR) Sparkle Express Car Wash

Are you outgoing, energetic, and great with people? Sparkle Express Car Wash is looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who are ready to create great customer experiences, work with an awesome team, and earn commission while doing it.

If you enjoy talking to people, have a positive attitude, and aren't afraid to get out there and make things happen, you could be a great fit  car wash experience? No problem. We'll train you.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers with a smile and create a welcoming first impression.
• Help customers choose the wash package that's right for them.
• Educate guests about Sparkle's wash packages, products, and membership program.
• Promote memberships and upgrades and earn commission for successful sign-ups.
• Deliver friendly, fast, and professional customer service.
• Help keep the site clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Work closely with your team to create a great experience for every customer.

What We're Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people.
• Energetic and confident.
• Motivated by goals and earning opportunities.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Positive and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet.
• Willing to learn and take coaching.

Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay & Perks:

• $15–$17/hour + Commission
