Multiple positions are available, including 8th grade self-contained, 6th grade inclusion (with some self-contained classes), and 3rd-5th grade self-contained classrooms. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team to ensure each student receives the attention and tailored instruction they deserve.

Your expertise will be vital from August 19, 2026, through June 4, 2027, working hours of 7:45 am to 2:45 pm.

Key

Qualifications:

• Active Special Education teaching certification is required
• Prior experience teaching or providing support in special education settings (self-contained or inclusion)
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable creating a positive, structured classroom environment
• Adaptable and responsive to varying student needs

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering instruction to small groups or individuals based on their IEP goals
• Collaborating with general education staff and related service providers
• Maintaining accurate student documentation and progress reports
• Participating in IEP meetings and parent conferences
• Fostering a safe, nurturing classroom environment
