We are a fast‑growing Midwest engineering environmental firm looking for a motivated Senior Civil Engineer in our East Peoria, Illinois office.

• Develop and grow our engineering services by pursuing and creating business opportunities.
• Manage and provide work to direct reports to maintain billable utilization.
• Develop scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Prepare proposals and sell services to retain and obtain clients.

Ideally, you’ll have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and seven or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm.

• Proven track record of successful project design and management.
• Licensed professional engineer (P.E.) or ability to obtain licensure shortly after starting employment.
• Strong knowledge of site grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, water supply systems, and roadway design for residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Team player who excels at mentoring others.
