What you’ll do- Develop and grow our engineering services by pursuing and creating business opportunities.
- Manage and provide work to direct reports to maintain billable utilization.
- Develop scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
- Prepare proposals and sell services to retain and obtain clients.
Ideally, you’ll have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and seven or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm.
- Proven track record of successful project design and management.
- Licensed professional engineer (P.E.) or ability to obtain licensure shortly after starting employment.
- Strong knowledge of site grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, water supply systems, and roadway design for residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Team player who excels at mentoring others.
- Passion for crafting tailored solutions and going above and beyond for clients.
